Located in a bustling area, this hotel offers convenient access to the city center, popular attractions, and Times Square shopping center. the spacious rooms come with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. the friendly staff provide excellent service, even going the extra mile to prepare a surprise cake for a guest's birthday. the on-site cafeteria offers a decent breakfast with a variety of options.

Some guests have reported issues with the security at night, with one guest experiencing a concerning incident of being followed by a stranger to their room.

The restaurant here was nice with good food and good prices, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Environment all around was noisy due to construction works. Breakfast room a bit noisy, and staff overloaded to offer optimum service while rushing hours...

The location here is perfect, just a short distance from popular tourist attractions, shopping centers in Bukit Bintang, and excellent restaurants, making it very convenient for visitors.

Great Spot! 🌟 You'll love that this place is close to Berjaya Times Square and lots of tasty local food spots. Plus, there are plenty of big shopping malls around here. the vibe is super cozy and welcoming, giving off a real family feel. Also, we got to enjoy amazing breakfasts - and they were free! How awesome is that? It was a fantastic way to kickstart our day, especially before sipping on some delicious cocktails later on!

This modern property is conveniently located in the Bukit Bintang district, making it easy to access major attractions and a new shopping center.

Gorgeous place, it was clean and had lovely friendly and excellent co-operating staff on shift. Stayed in brand-new deluxe queen room with a great view. The location was good and unbeatable for traveling around Kuala Lumpur, right by the shopping and eating areas and other KL attractions and Berjaya Time square.

The bed of mine was not so comfortable.

Should cater for free wi fi use as these days wi fi facility is free elsewhere. For hotel guest losing /misplaced car parking ticket should be complimentary not charged

Great spot! It's super close to a bunch of shops and restaurants, which is awesome. the neighborhood is really nice. the staff here are so friendly and make you feel right at home. 😊

A friendly welcome was given when we arrived and the staff were ready to give assistance where possible, especially as we were new travellers. The help given with transport was commendable. When returning to hotel after a day out the welcome was really nice.The food was excellent also. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The location close to Greenbox KTV was great, the room was spacious and well-equipped with a large bathroom, separate lounge, and carpet.
